Sales or lettings only agencies

Do you only offer sales or lettings services? Here’s how to disable certain valuation types from your tool

If your business offers only sales or only lettings services, you may wish to disable one type of valuation being displayed to customers (i.e. lettings only agents will not want to display sales valuations to vendors).

If this applies to your business, you can quickly and easily disable one type of valuation from your agent account.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Sign in to your agent account
  2. Click “Settings” in the navigation (requires administrator access)
  3. Click “Business settings” from the menu
  4. Scroll down to “Services offered” and change the dropdown

Don’t forget to click “Save changes” once you’ve made the adjustment. Your changes will instantly take effect on your valuation tool.
