If you need to update the business details associated with your Rightval account (such as your address or telephone number) you can do so quickly through your agent account
Here’s how to do it:
- Sign in to your agent account
- Click “Settings” in the top navigation (requires administrator access)
- Click “Business settings” from the menu
Once you’ve made the changes required, don’t forget to click “Save changes” so that the updates you’ve made will reflect immediately across your account
