Adding a new user to Rightval

If you’d like to add a new user with a standalone Rightval account to your instant valuation tool, all you’ll need is their name and email address, we’ll instantly handle the rest.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Sign in to your agent account
2. Click “Settings” in the top navigation (requires administrator access)
3. Click “User management” from the menu
4. Click “+ New user” from the current user list

Enter the new users first name, last name and email address

Select the access permissions that you’d like to assign the user. For more information user access levels, click here

Click to confirm the new users details. We’ll then automatically send the new user an email with instructions on how to choose a password and activate their new account.
